API rate limiting

The control plane API does not enforce per-token rate limits yet. Protect exposed endpoints with a reverse proxy or firewall rules on self-hosted deployments.
This capability is tracked on the parity & roadmap page. BreachFix Cloud is under active development — check back as features ship.
